May 11, 2026 – Leadership Meeting Minutes

I. DISTRICT ITEMS

• EV Fire Training – Presented by G. Bastien.

Badge Updates – The district is willing to work with each station’s leadership on new  badge orders but cannot fund a full district-wide replacement at once. Badges will not  be initially issued due to high turnover rates. Each station is responsible for covering  50% of their own badge order cost.

o ACTION Station leadership to coordinate badge orders with the district. • Medical Supplies and Medical Bags – The district passed its EMS state inspection  last month; however, some expired supplies were found. Expired supplies must be  replaced during rig checks — expired supplies cannot remain on the rigs.
